Fact-Checking Policy
Every number on this site is either sourced and dated, or explicitly marked as unverified. There is no third category.
FomoFamily.com is an independent informational and affiliate website and is not Fomo Labs Inc. or the official fomo.family website.
Claims are verified against official Fomo documentation wherever possible and stamped with the date we last checked them. Anything we cannot confirm in a primary source is labelled "not verified" rather than estimated, because a confident wrong answer about fees or networks costs readers real money.

The 'not verified' label
When we write "not verified", it means exactly one thing: we could not confirm the detail in a source we consider primary. It is not an accusation and not a hint. Currently it applies to items including licensing status, custody arrangements, the full supported-network list, and specific referral reward amounts.
The alternative — publishing a figure that looks authoritative — would perform better in search and worse for readers. A wrong network name in particular can cost someone their entire deposit.
Review cadence
Fee and program information is our highest-priority recheck, because it changes and because it is the information people act on. Structural descriptions of how the app works are reviewed less frequently. Safety and scam guidance is updated whenever new patterns become common.
When a fact changes, we update the value, update the date, and — if the change is material — log it under our corrections policy.
Tell us when we are wrong
If you have an official source that contradicts something here, send it to editorial@fomofamily.com. Sourced corrections are prioritised over everything else in the inbox, and we do not require you to be polite about it.
