How we check Fomo claims
What we read, what we check directly, what we cannot confirm, and how every figure on this site is dated.
FomoFamily.com is an independent informational and affiliate website and is not Fomo Labs Inc. or the official fomo.family website.
Every product and fee claim on this site is traced to a primary source published by Fomo Labs Inc. or to a dated observation we made ourselves. Anything we cannot confirm is labelled Not verified rather than filled in with a plausible guess. This page is the record of that process, including its limits.
The only sources we treat as evidence
We rank evidence in one order and do not depart from it. First, documents published by Fomo Labs Inc. itself: the official website, the Terms of Service, the referral landing page for our code, and the app store listings. Second, official documentation from a blockchain or protocol when a claim depends on how that network behaves. Third, what we can observe directly in the product, recorded with a date.
We do not cite other affiliate sites, review aggregators, social posts or press releases as proof of anything. If those are the only places a claim appears, the claim does not appear here as a fact.
How dating works
Facts about a live trading product go stale. Each fee figure, product capability and referral term on this site carries the date we last opened its source. The site's own publication dates come from a single shared configuration file, so a visible date, a schema date and a sitemap entry cannot drift apart. This site first went live on 2026-08-18; nothing here is dated earlier than that, because nothing here existed earlier than that.
The most recent full source check was 2026-08-21. A modification date changes only when the wording or a figure genuinely changes — never as a side effect of a deployment. Real changes are recorded in the update log.
What we check directly, and what we do not
We check publicly reachable surfaces: that the app and web product load, that the referral landing page for code 345436 displays the offer it claims, that the Terms still contain the fee wording we quote, and that the store listings exist. Those checks need no account and can be repeated by anyone.
We do not publish claims about order execution quality, withdrawal processing times, customer support responsiveness, or how any specific token behaves. Those require sustained testing with real money across accounts, countries and networks, and we do not have evidence that would survive scrutiny. Where a reader would reasonably expect that kind of claim, we say plainly that it is unverified.

How a test would be reported
If we publish an original test, it carries all of the following, or it does not go up: the test date, the device and platform used, exactly what was tested, the result, the limitations, whether real funds were involved, and whether the outcome could differ by account, country, token or network.
No such test record is published yet. Until anonymized evidence exists, this section stays empty rather than being filled with a narrative. We do not publish invented screenshots, balances or transaction confirmations.
Before you confirm a token trade
- Read the fee shown on the confirmation screen and treat it, not any published summary, as your cost.
- Check the total including network and protocol fees against the size of your position.
- Work out the price move you need just to break even, and decide whether it is realistic.
- Look up the token contract on an independent explorer before buying anything you found in a feed.
- Check liquidity: a thin market makes exiting far more expensive than entering.
- Decide your exit price and your maximum loss before confirming, not after.
- For Perps, confirm the funding direction and the liquidation price, not just the entry fee.
- Never size a position on the assumption that a leaderboard trader will be right.
Before you send a deposit or withdrawal
- Confirm the network on the sending side matches the network shown on the receiving side exactly.
- Check the first and last six characters of the address, and never trust a pasted address you have not re-read.
- Send a small test amount first on any network or address you have not used before.
- Confirm the token contract matches the asset you intend to move, not a similarly named one.
- Make sure you hold enough of the network's gas token to move funds out again later.
- Only ever start from the app or a bookmark you saved yourself, never from a link in a message or comment.
- Assume nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase, recovery code or a screen share.
When we are wrong
Corrections are published with a date and a description of what changed, not edited in silently. If a figure here contradicts what Fomo currently shows you, the app is right and we want to know — email editorial@fomofamily.com and include a link or a screenshot. The update log lists changes already made.
